The classic electrician quote, “First on the job, last to leave” is never more accurate then on “Ground-Up” new construction sites. At A&F electric, we take this concept seriously and are already working with the local utility service planners before grading has started. Our preconstruction efforts at the front end of a project will always benefit both the schedule and the overall coordination with the other site trades.

     With our many years of experience, A&F will work closely with the general contractor, local utilities and site contractors to install all underground electrical quickly and accurately. We will always follow NEC and local codes and pay special attention to the specific requirements of the utility service planners and inspectors.

     With our experienced project management and state certified field technicians A&F will man the job from start to finish and work hard to meet every schedule milestone. From the site underground, thru electrical rough, finish, and final inspections, A&F will have the team in place to successfully complete every project we are contacted for. During the building commissioning phase we make sure the device plates are straight, the lighting systems work properly, power to equipment and systems is correctly installed, labels & tags are accurate and the entire system is functioning as specified.
