State Electric Tech Certification:
Per state regulations any electrical technician that has four years minimum of confirmed field experience can/will be
certified by the California Department of Industrial Relations. This certification is acquired by a
minimum of 8000 hours field training and experience, participating in a state approved test training program and
passing the state's "Certified General Electrician" test.
Our General Foreman and all five of A&F's foreman have their state certifications. The majority of our
journeyman electricians' that have been employed with A&F for four years or longer also have state certification.
All new hires must prove CDIR certification and provide current CDL, Social Security Card and proof of residency.
