Design and Build 4,760 sq ft labor, delivery and recovery area at the 8th floor of the existing east tower at an in operation medical center. Including (1) C-Section room, (7) new LDRP rooms and required support spaces. Scope includes new panels and feeders to support new areas, new LED lighting & controls and new OSPHD patient support systems.

5,230 sq ft renovation of main hospital entrance lobby. Scope includes new LED lighting system including new LC&D lighting control system. Project will be completed in three phases while maintaining main entrance.
